Clock-ins, overtime approvals and leave are recorded on a rugged tablet that works with no signal and syncs when it finds one.

The bank file is generated, not typed
Wage protection files are produced from the approved run and validated against the bank's schema, so a rejection stops being a monthly event.

A payslip a worker can read
Payslips are issued in the worker's own language with hours, rate and every deduction itemised, and a dispute opens against a specific line.
Payroll now runs inside a day, wage protection files pass first time, and overtime disputes are settled by looking at a record instead of arguing.
