The long version

The short one is on the home page. This is how I ended up here.

  1. 01

    I started by writing code

The early years were spent entirely on making things. The fastest way to understand how something works was to break it and put it back together. What I took from that period was less technical knowledge than a habit: not talking about a system before understanding it.

  2. 02

Then I saw that code was not enough

I watched technically flawless work go unused. The problem was not the engineering. Nobody had asked the right question and nobody had written the sentence that explained the product. I had to fill that gap — and then realised the gap was the actual job.

  3. 03

That is why I started the agency

Consulting alone only goes so far. For an idea to genuinely land, it needs a team to carry it. The agency exists to close the distance between “you should do this” and “we did this”.

  4. 04

    Today

I sit at very different tables: crypto exchanges, banking applications, health technology, AI products. What they share is not the sector but the shape of the problem — something standing between two sides that do not understand each other.

Closing

Do you have an idea, or a problem?

Either works. In my experience the second one goes faster.

I usually reply the same day.
