01Overview

Motor claims from first photo to settlement, with the straightforward majority never reaching a human.

02The problem

A motor claim took eleven days. Damage photos arrived over WhatsApp at every angle and quality, adjusters retyped police reports, and fraud was usually noticed after the cheque cleared.

An adjuster's whole day: nineteen claims that need judgement out of 1,184 opened
03What we built
  1. 01

    Guided capture at the roadside

The claimant is walked through the exact shots an adjuster needs, with quality checked on the spot rather than three days later.

  2. 02

    Straight-through under threshold

Damage assessment, policy validation and repair pricing settle low-value claims automatically. Adjusters see only what genuinely needs judgement.

  3. 03

    Fraud signals at intake

Image forensics, claim history and network patterns score every claim before payment, not during the audit.

Three fraud signals on one claim, and the payment held while a human looks

04The result

The average claim now closes in under a day and a half, and adjusters spend their time on the complex minority where their expertise actually earns money.

Closing

Do you have an idea, or a problem?

Either works. In my experience the second one goes faster.

I usually reply the same day.
