Patient intake, triage and scheduling unified across fourteen clinics, with an AI assistant that never puts anyone on hold.
Each clinic ran its own phone line, its own diary and its own paper intake form. Patients repeated themselves at every step, no-show rates were near a quarter, and management had no view of capacity.

- 01
Intake once, everywhere
A single bilingual intake flow feeds the clinical system directly. Insurance eligibility is checked while the patient is still typing.
- 02
Triage that routes correctly
An assistant asks the clinically approved questions, routes to the right specialty and clinic, and escalates red flags to a nurse immediately.
- 03
Reminders people answer
WhatsApp confirmations and rescheduling in the patient's language, with slots released back to the pool the moment someone cancels.

No-shows more than halved and released capacity absorbed an extra 900 appointments a month without hiring. Management sees utilisation per clinic daily.
