01Overview

Point-of-sale auto finance that decides while the customer is still at the dealer's desk, with the affordability workings on screen.

02The problem

An application left the showroom as a paper pack and came back two days later, by which time a third of buyers had financed elsewhere. Declines arrived with no reason attached, so a dealer could not fix a fixable file.

The showroom pipeline on a Saturday, median time to decision under two minutes
03What we built
  1. 01

    Decide at the desk

Income, existing obligations and vehicle valuation are verified against source data during the conversation, and a decision with terms comes back in under two minutes.

  2. 02

A decline you can act on

Every negative decision names the binding constraint and, where one exists, the deposit or term that would clear it.

  3. 03

    One policy, every channel

Dealer, branch and app decide through the same versioned policy, so the answer no longer depends on where the customer walked in.

A decline that says what it would take, down to the deposit that brings the ratio inside policy
The customer reading the same offer on his own phone, decided under the same policy version
04The result

Approved deals now close in the showroom instead of after the weekend, and dealers stopped shopping the same customer to three financiers.

Do you have an idea, or a problem?

Either works. In my experience the second one goes faster.
