Identity, site and client portal for a wealth manager whose presentation had fallen a decade behind its performance.
Northwind managed serious mandates behind a website that looked rented. Quarterly reporting went out as emailed PDFs, so every client question landed on an advisor's desk, and referrals arrived with no way to qualify themselves.
