01Overview

Live cash position across 23 entities and 6 currencies, with approvals and forecasting built in.

02The problem

A holding group closed its cash position monthly, by hand, from 31 bank portals. By the time the number existed it was three weeks old, and payment approvals travelled by email.

Balances by entity, bank and currency, with idle cash already flagged as a sweep candidate
03What we built
  1. 01

    Every account, one balance

Bank feeds normalise into a single multi-currency position that refreshes through the day rather than once a month.

  2. 02

    Approvals with a paper trail

Payment thresholds, delegated authority and immutable audit logs replace forwarded emails and screenshots.

  3. 03

    Thirteen-week forecast

Committed flows, receivables and seasonality project the cash runway per entity, updated automatically.

A payment over the delegated limit waiting on its second authority, every check shown before signing
The finance director approving from a lobby without logging into a single bank portal
04The result

The monthly close became a live dashboard. Idle balances are visible early enough to put surplus to work instead of guessing from last month.

Do you have an idea, or a problem?

Either works. In my experience the second one goes faster.
